No Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dream Beauty. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and the product has been dispatched.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at dreambeauty.co.in@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged product and the packaging for verification. Upon confirmation, we will provide a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
